The Machaca is a 31' JC Sportfish repowered with new twin 200 hp Volvo inboard diesels.

She cruises at 20 knots and rides and sits easy in the water due to the downeast style hull. She is equipped with state-of-the-art electronics, a private stand-up head and all Coast Guard approved Solas A Safety Gear.

We have top of the line fishing gear, including Avet, Shimano and Penn reels and Star, Cape Fear and custom rods.

The Machaca is owned and operated by Capt. Willy Hatch. Willy has fished his entire life and since graduating from Union College with a BS in Environmental Science and Fisheries, he has run charter and commercial boats. Aside from chartering and commercial fishing off the Cape Cod coast, Willy has run charter & commercial boats in Costa Rica, Panama, El Salvador, North Carolina, Florida and the Bahamas.
