Bottom Fishing aboard The Machaca

Black Sea Bass, doormat Fluke, Tautogs, Scup and Squid all move into Vineyard Sound in the spring and stay into the fall.

April, May and June we have great fishing for Black Fish, Squid, jumbo Sea Bass and giant Porgies. July and August we target doormat Fluke and Sea Bass. In the fall we get a big run of Sea Bass and Black Fish. Our bottom fishing trips are non-stop action and our clients leave with full coolers of fish that are great for eating!
